Summer Reading Club Sign-Up 2011
Welcome to Indian Prairie Public Library’s Online Summer Reading Program
May 16-August 6, 2011
The summer reading clubs are open to anyone who has a valid Indian Prairie Library card OR attends a school within the Indian Prairie Library District. Don’t forget, kids signed up for summer reading can attend any of our programs. Check them out on the programs pages for kids and teens!

How to sign up for the Summer Reading Club
Click on the Summer Reading Club image for your club:

Click on Sign Me Up.
Fill out the form – sections with an asterisk* must be filled in. We suggest you use your first name and the first initial of your last name as your user name. For example, Indian Prairie's username would be "indianp". Note: there is a special family feature available that allows families with small children to manage each member's account with one username. See below for more information.
Click Save.
How to sign up as a family
Signing up as a family gives one login and password for all children in your family. This may make it easier for parents to track the time of multiple young children. Older children and teens may prefer to have their own login and password so they can keep track of their own time.
Click on the Summer Reading Club image for kids.
Click on Sign me up.
Parent enters a user name and password, and all information for the first child.
Click save.
Click Add Member at the top of the page for each child.
Add information for each child.
Click Save.
How to track your reading online
From the Kids or Teens homepage, click on the Summer Reading Logo.
Click on Login.
Enter your user name and password.
Enter your reading time (kids) or books and book reviews (teens).
Click Save.

Don’t forget to check out all the programs we’re offering on our programs pages for kids and teens!
Prizes can be picked up at the Kids & Teens Ask Us Desk any time we are open!
If you click Forget Your Login, we will email login information to you, if you entered an email address when you signed up. Click on "Forgot your Login Information?"
